Guaranteed Satisfaction - BagsEtc proudly stands behind the products that we sell. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return your items for exchange or for a full refund including shipping within 30 days of shipping date.

Safe Shopping - Our store uses a Thawte SSL Certificate that offers secure communications by encrypting all data to and from our site. Your personal data and credit card information is perfectly safe when placing your order.

Privacy - We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We do not share your personal information to a third party for any reason whatsoever.

Payment Options - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express Credit Cards. We also accept Pay Pal, Checks and Money Orders, however your order will not ship until payment clears your bank.

Shipping - We charge a flat fee of $7.00 per order for US addresses no matter how much you order. This allows most orders to be shipped via Priority Mail so normal transit time is 3 days. This time is not guaranteed by the Post Office so occasionally will be longer. We may also ship by UPS if circumstances dictate which will take up to 7 days for East Coast addresses. Canadian Orders are slight higher $8.50 under $50 and $9.00 under $100. For international orders and larger Canadian orders, please contact us at info@ebagsetc.com for shipping rates.
